Explanation of the conversion: It should be noted that Harmony was written up to be a Follower for Spike, not a player character. The Elemental Control contains several special powers and should be approved by the Game Master.
History: Harmony Kendall has lived in Sunnydale, California since at least 3rd grade, where she picked on less popular students, including Willow Rosenberg (mentioned in Graduation Day Part 1 3.21).
By 9th grade Harmony became good friends with fellow student Cordelia Chase. They took remedial Spanish together. It was at that time that a boy named Donnie Ray developed a crush on Cordelia and wrote a song for her (mentioned in Disharmony 2.17).
Harmony was among the many students and teachers of Sunnydale High who ignored unpopular student Marcie Ross so completely that Marcie literally faded from sight one day in class (Out of Mind, Out of Sight 1.11).
In Sophomore year Harmony took a computer class with Willow and Cordelia, where she spent gossiping with Cordelia about the new student Buffy Anne Summers (The Harvest 1.02).
Harmony was among the snobby in crowd that was targeted by student Marcie Ross when Marcie turned invisible from being ignored by everyone. Harmony was pushed down the stairs, but survived with only minor injuries (Out of Sight, Out of Mind 1.11).
''Well, they can do wonderful things with airbrushes these days.'' - Harmony
When Harmony learned that Cordelia was dating the unpopular Alexander LaVelle Harris, Harmony lead the charge to boycott Cordelia from the cool crowd. Cordelia dumped Xander to regain her status. Harmony was among the numerous women of Sunnydale who fell madly in love with Xander when a spell he attempted on Cordelia backfired. Harmony then attacked Cordelia for hurting Xander, but the spell was lifted and Harmony seemingly blocked out all memory of the incident (Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered 2.16).
''Gee, Xander, maybe you should learn a second language so that even more girls can reject you.'' - Harmony
Harmony tried to befriend Anya Jenkins, a new girl in school, not knowing that Anya was secretly a vengeance demon (The Wish 3.09).
''God, Cordy, when I heard about... Well, I mean, I couldn't believe it, but it was smart. You know, the injury thing? You take a week off, let everybody forget about the temporary insanity that was Xander Harris.'' - Harmony
Harmony and Blayne Mall were voted Biggest Attitude by their graduating class (Sunnydale High Yearbook).
Harmony signed Willow's yearbook and Willow signed Harmony's book (Graduation Day Part 1 3.21).
''Willow, will you sign my yearbook?.. You know, I really wish we woulda got to know each other
better... I mean, you're so smart. I always wanted to be like that.'' - Harmony
Buffy formulated a plan to enlist the entire high school in defeating the evil mayor or Sunnydale. With the help of Xander, Willow, Cordelia, Angel, Wesley, Jonathan, Harmony and Larry they organized the graduating student body into a small army which survived the mayor's vampire minions. Buffy goaded the demonized mayor into following her into the abandoned school library where Rupert set off a large bomb destroying the school and the mayor (Graduation Day Part 2 3.22).
She left Sunnydale after that, only to return with her new vampire boyfriend Spike, who had been dumped by the vampire Drusilla. Spike was looking for the gem of Amara. She actually found the gem, but quickly gave the gem up to Spike (The Harsh Light of Day 4.03).
''Being a vampire sucks.'' - Harmony
When Spike escaped custody of the Initiative, he made his way back to the cave he and Harmony shared, where she accepted him back, but he was obsessed with killing Buffy (The Initiative 4.07).
''Spikey. Let's leave the Slayer alone. You know she'll only slap you around, and I can do that.'' - Harmony
They suffered a rocky breakup, with Harmony finally taking a stand against him. She moved into a cave near U.C. Sunnydale, which she redecorated to suit her unvampire-like tastes (Pangs 4.08).
''I'm powerful, and I'm beautiful, and I don't need you to complete me, and you're mean!'' - Harmony
Willow, Xander and Rupert spent the night over at Buffy's house with her watching videos. They all fell asleep where they had nightmares of the first Slayer trying to kill them, who had been offended by being called on by them to defeat Adam. Harmony appeared in Willow's dreams. Buffy was able to defeat the first Slayer and they woke up unharmed (Restless 4.22).
''Isn't this exciting? Our first production! I can't wait till our scene! I love you! Oh! Don't step on my cues.'' - Harmony
As tension mounted between Buffy and her little sister Dawn Summers, Harmony returned to Sunnydale as head of her own vampire gang with plans to kill the Slayer. Buffy, Rupert, Dawn, Willow and Tara discovered the owner of the local magic shop dead from what seemed to be a vampire attack, Harmony's gang. Going over the scene of the crime Rupert realized how much money was to be made in a magic shop. Harmony's plans fell through when she went to Buffy's house only to learn Buffy was out, and Dawn was being watched by Anya and a Xander. Dawn accidentally invited Harmony inside, but Xander fought her off. When Buffy learned what Dawn had done she scolded Dawn. Spike crossed paths with Harmony in the graveyard where he made fun of her attempts to be a leader, but he also gave Harmony the idea to kidnap Dawn. Harmony's men grabbed Dawn. Buffy beat the location of Harmony's lair out of her, slew the gang and saved Dawn, although Harmony escaped. Rupert bought the magic shop, despite Buffy's warnings that the shop
owners have a short life expectancies in Sunnydale (Real Me 5.02).
''Okay, hi. First of all, I wanna thank everybody for a really successful raid on the magic shop last night. Good job, minions!'' - Harmony
Worried that Buffy was out to get her, Harmony moved back in with Spike for protection, in exchange for having sex with him. After a confrontation with Buffy Spike came to realize he was in love with her (Out of My Mind 5.04).
''Is it safe? Has Buffy gotten to you yet? I saw her patrolling just now... with a stake! She won't give up until she's killed me to death!.. That's why I'm on the lam. Didn't you hear? I'm totally her arch-nemesis!'' - Harmony
When Buffy was nearly killed by a lone vampire in a routine night of patrolling, she became obsessed with how other Slayers were killed. She decided to talk with the one witness she knew of to other Slayer deaths, Spike. They went to the Bronze where he recounted his life story, and how he killed two Slayers in the past. He insisted there was no secret to killing a Slayer, that all Slayers have a death wish and one day Buffy would give in to hers. Buffy insisted he would never be the one to kill her because he was beneath her, which hurt Spike. He went back to his crypt, where Harmony tried to talk him into leaving Buffy alone, but Spike took a shotgun and planned on killing Buffy once and for all. When Spike arrived at Buffy's home Buffy was crying over her mother's medical condition and Spike found himself comforting her (Fool For Love 5.07).
''Okay, I'm trying to be supportive here, so don't drive a stake through my heart like last time, but... you can't kill Buffy. She is the Slayer, she is so going to kick your ass... How are you gonna kill her? Think! The second you even point that thing at her, you're gonna be all "Aaagh!" and then you'll get bitch-slapped up and down Main Street, unless she's finally had enough and just stakes you!'' - Harmony
As Buffy struggled to sort out her true and false memories of life with Dawn the former Slayer turned vampire, Yuki Makimura, came to Sunnydale with the intention of resurrecting her sire, the Master. Dawn ran away from home because no one would listen to her, but ended up staying at Spike's place as Harmony made a rather lame attempt on Buffy's life. When Buffy learned from Harmony that Dawn was with Spike Buffy made Dawn return home. Dawn had uncovered a gap in the Slayer history where the books seemed to indicate there was no Slayer. Spike confirmed there was a Slayer then, but she was deleted from the history books by the Council of Watchers. Rupert eventually broke down and admitted that Yuki was the missing Slayer. Yuki kidnapped Xander and took him to the remains of the old Sunnydale High School to use him as a vessel for the Master's spirit. Willow and Tara were able to find a spell that could delay the Master taking over Xander and Anya supplied a vapour blade that could be used to slay the
Master's astral form. Yuki was able to capture Spike and wanted to offer him to the Master, as the one who killed the Anointed One. Buffy and her friends arrived and discovered Xander. During the fight with Yuki and her vampire monks Rupert dropped the blade, but Dawn was able to retrieve it and slay the Master's astral form. Buffy then staked Yuki (Buffy The Vampire Slayer #35-#38).
After Spike left her for both Drusilla and later Buffy, Harmony became fed up with Spike's abuse and left Sunnydale.
Harmony then arrived in Los Angeles. There she caught up with her old schoolmate Cordelia. Cordelia was shocked to learn her old friend was now a vampire, but was determined to help her anyway. Cordelia took Harmony to Caritas, where she sang Memories for the host. He told Harmony to stick with Cordelia. After Harmony betrayed Cordelia and her co-workers at Angel Investigations to a cult of vampires, Cordelia told her to leave Los Angeles and never return (Disharmony 2.17).
''I mean how do you stand everything? Being what you are, how can you deprive yourself of the taste? The sensation of rich, warm, human blood, flowing into your mouth, bathing your tongue, caressing your throat with its sweet, sticky...'' - Harmony
After Angel Investigations was given control of the Los Angeles branch of Wolfram & Hart, Harmony was hired to be Angel's secretary (Conviction 5.01).
Harmony attended the annual Wolfram & Hart Halloween party (Life of the Party 5.05).
When Spike became solid again he quickly talked Harmony into rekindling their physical relationship (Destiny 5.08).
